After nearly two years away from NativeTrust, I am excited to be back and doing some freelance work. Over the past several years, I spent time with Lisa Welchman and the WelchmanPierpoint team mussing on Web Operations Management, and more frequently on Web Governance.
I look forward to continuing the discussion on governance in this old, familiar arena. Moreso, I look forward to intelligent conversations on the art of managing the Web from a project and program perspective, exploring such topics and emotional intelligence and change management, which link successful executioners with Web entities that can go the distance.
